Fred Rogers did more than present puppetry and other motif. At the most crucial time of childhood he exampled the values of decency, empathy and gratitude. Even though a minister of the Gospel, he never tried to teach about God. He innately knew that if he could instill those values, the boy or girl would discover God on their own. I wish the recordings of his programs could be aired forever.
